Don’t know what to do… :(
I don’t know what to do and I don’t know where to start. I been thinking back and forth all weekend trying to figure out what I should do. I am in a group called the Heartbreakers, well…. now we are called the Hearbreakin’ Rockstars 
And I love every single one there, but the group is falling apart and is getting smaller and smaller. We have been struggeling for a while now. Here is my dilemma…. I love my group and I would hate to just leave them hanging, but I have to think about myself too. See if I am not held accountable I am most likely to fail. Don’t get me wrong, I am not blaming my group for anything. That is my fault and something I need to work on, but the fact is that if I don’t have to answer to somebody I am more likely to slack. I am thinking of either finding another group or just being solo for a while. BUT…. I don’t want to leave my group hanging…. Should I think about the group and stay or should I think about myself and leave?
I don’t want anybody to be mad at me either 
So please don’t throw rotten tomatoes at me. ;) (To my Heartbreakin’ Rockstars: I LOVE YOU ALL :) )
Well, I guess I will be thinking about it and have to decide what I will be doing :confused:

wow thats a tough one. I mean, being part of a group means sticking by your groups side through hard times. They need you as much as you need them. On the other hand, at the end of the day if you feel like you need more motivation then I’d feel stuck too. I hope everything works out soon.
Too bad there isnt a way to get the group fired back up! Thats a tough decision my friend! But you joined the group for support and motivation and no one can blame you if you leave because your not getting it. But maybe you can think of something to spark the fire under them and get them rockin’ again!

Sabrina~ I understand needing a strong support system for sure. Whatever you decide I know the team won’t be mad at you. Especially if you still stop by and say hi. I would mention that if you’re choosing between going solo and sticking with the team, stick with us! You don’t want to do it by yourself that’s for sure…
My buddy - tough decision! Could you do both - work with the team, but then pick another sensational buddy to work with also? Or is that too much? Just a thought…
Bottom line though, do what is right for you.
Sabrina- I may be new to the group but so far it is helpful in ways. And I think everyone would understand and noone would be mad at you if you decide to leave. Just do what you believe is right. What you think will benefit yourself. If it is between doing it yourself and staying with the group I wish you would stay with us. If anything maybe if we are able to recruit more members that the motivation and the numbers will be as high as it used to be (I checked out the first forum.) But as I said, I think you should do what you think would benefit you. Just, if you decide to leave the group….please stop by and say hi.
Hon, I don’t know what to tell you, it’s such a hard decision isn’t it? Well, you know how I feel about you - *wink*. I hope you make a decision that works for you. BTW, you inspired me to write my own blog about group challenges.

Guys, thank you so much for all your comments. ((HUGS)) Reading the comments here, Nancy’s and Joy’s blog and the comments in the challenge make me realize that I love the team way to much to just leave them hanging.

Personally, if the group is not the motivation and support you need, then leaving is understandable.
Does anyone else on the team feel the same way? Would anyone else be willing or able to help you fire up the team, add members, etc?
That’s what I was thinking…try to find new members for your team and band together and get everyone fired up again. It’s always worth a shot–good luck!!!
