50 Reasons to lose weight…
My Homework for my group:
Why I want to lose weight (not in that order maybe):
1. so can look in the mirror and love what I see
2. be healthy
3. be fit
4. not be affraid of the summer time and being able to go to the beach and not hide under a big towel.
5. be happy
6. don’t feel discussed with myself anymore
7. give my hubby a sexy wife
8. if I can lose the weight, maybe my mom and sister will follow and change their lifestyle too.
9. because I am just tired of being fat
10. I would love to put on sexy clothes that shows some skin and not the potato sacks I am wearing now.
11. bying T-shirts in my size and not 2 sizes larger to hide my body
12. don’t feel out of place everytime I am arround skinny people
13. take control of my life
I can’t think of any more specific reasons
I guess I am just so tired of being the way I am right now. I don’t want to hide anymore. I want to be happy, healthy, fit and everything I am not right now.
I’m here with ya!! Every one of these reasons is true for me also….except the one about the husband, since I don’t have one! You’ve inspired me to make a list like this of my own! I think I’ll get started on it right now!! Ü
